Electrolyser Conference 2024
26-11-2024 / 27-11-2024 | Berlin, Germany
This 7th edition of our highly focused electrolyser conference series, taking place in Berlin and North America, will again bring together electrolyser manufacturers, component specialists, industrial users, engineering experts and researchers to discuss the development, manufacturing, deployment and integration of the next generation of industrial electrolysers.
The technical program will be chaired by Prof. Bruno G. Pollet, President of Green Hydrogen Division of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE) and Board of Directors member of the Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA).
Interactive workshop session Solid Oxide Electrolyzers: Applications and Technology Status, Opportunities and Challenges
Hosted by Ties van Maaren and Eduardo da Rosa Silva from TNO.
PRESENTATION: The fundamentals of steam, co-, and CO2 solid oxide electrolysis technology, including the current status of the technology in terms of applications, scales, and demonstrations.
WORKING GROUP: Review of case studies for SOE applications, and discussion of main opportunities and challenges of the technology when integrated into different types of industries and scales.
Key topics at the conference:
- Deployment and cross-sectoral integration of large-scale electrolysers
- Status and potentials of different electrolyser technologies: Alkaline, PEM, SOEC, AEM
- Techno-economic optimization of large-scale electrolysers
- Advanced components for large-scale electrolysers
- Supply chains for electrolysers and challenges of large-scale manufacturing
- Regulation, standardization and safety issues
