VoltaChem calls for participation: electrochemical production of chemicals via hydrogen

Currently VoltaChem offers several opportunities for global leaders in the fields of electricity, conversion, equipment and end products to participate in research concerning 'electrochemical production of chemicals via hydrogen'.
VoltaChem calls for participants in the following projects:
- Project: Business case development flexible H2 production for industrial application.

Future calls for participation
In the near future VoltaChem is expected to call for participants in projects concerning the:
- Hybrid hydrogen production.
- Mass fabrication technologies for manufacturing of new electrolyzer concepts.
- Integration of electrolyzer technology and downstream processing.
As such, VoltaChem and partners obtain knowledge about cost-efficient electrolysis of water to H2 and O2 and mass fabrication techniques for manufacturing (e.g. roll-to-roll manufacturing). Furthermore, we will obtain total process understanding, including development of further reactions to bulk chemicals and fuels and integration of existing electrolyzer and downstream processing technology. The combination of this knowledge with the experimental facilities for lifetime testing ensures a smooth development trajectory toward implementation of the Power-2-Hydrogen concept.
